I hereby certify that on the 18th. day of March, 1912,
I held under the provisions of Ordinance 5 of 1888, an enquiry as to the cause of a death in the City of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong and that the following particulars were then disclosed:-

.Deceased committed suicide by shooting himself in the latrine at No. 5 Police Station on the 12th. Karch, 1912.

Cause of death......Bullet through brains.

the deceased......
Any suspicious circumstances which point to any person
or persons as having caused the death.
